The Black Watch Youth in the Arts Foundation requires all directors, staff, employees, and volunteers to maintain our high standards of professionalism, business practices, and ethics. Every employee and representative of The Black Watch Youth in the Arts Foundation must complete a federal background check prior to working or volunteering with the group.
